Where the hell has this sandwich been all my life?

The shooter's sandwich is basically a hollowed-out loaf of crusty bread packed with layers of seared medium-rare steak and a mixture of mushrooms and shallots sautéed in butter. Then you compress that beast and cut it into slices. I have got to make this sandwich. The Guardian has the details.
