It is unless there are two Cheetos cars in Madison. In the background, you can see the Madison Recycling Center. I think maybe the guy's just made some additions.

It's the actual car. It used to be red with yellow McDonalds symbos. My favorite thing about the cheetos car is the empty cheetos bags in the rear windows.
