I love the balloon skirt and Twister tights. Check out the rest of the wonderfully absurd collection here. Scroll to the bottom for the gallery. Highlights include a dress with stuffed elephants sewn onto the back, uninflated balloon epaulets, and polka dots galore. The only thing it lacks is clown shoes. Somebody really needs to exploit the fashion potential of clown shoes.

She reminds me of another one of my favorite designers, Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, whose Kermit coat and hat were made famous by Gaga.
