The penis pants are a very special gift from designer Isabel Mastache. They are from her delightfully insane Fall 2010 collection. Want a close-up? Well, you're getting one!

Perhaps this is a prototype of the peho from the classic gender role reversal fantasy Egalia's Daughters: A Satire of the Sexes. In the book, the peho is like the bra for the male (or mafele) package.

As bizarre as Mastache's penis pants are though, as with most everything, they have been done before.
