Squab Dressed As Toads
This squab (young pigeon meat) masquerades as toads in this traditional yet terrifying French dish.
French cuisine is trés classy, no? This is the kind of recipe that could go extinct if the French culinary tradition continues to decline. The French are so worried about their gastronomical state that in 2008 Sarkozy asked the UN to protect French cuisine by putting it on the UNESCO World Heritage List. How can little French children choose les Big Macs and frites over squab dressed as toads?
